View Full Version : What are the proper channels for tech support for the bahamas?

nuff said, this is now the third time i have had to ask. i onyl get terse responses from both uk and american support. i paid 70$ canadian for this game and i am being consistently told that no one can help me iwth the problems i am having due to being out of their support area. i have yet to recieve a reply from anyone other than iakopa who offered for me to route problems through him to australia tech support.
please, cna someone tell me who in the world i am supposed to contact? i ma not meaning to say this sarcastically, im being quite serious. where is the support for Caribbean countries located?

If you bought it from Canada then ring Canadian support and dont tell them your from the Carribbean. I just had a quick search for you and I couldnt find any support in that area so just say your from somewhere else.

hows about once they check where im attempting to long on from they see my isp server address and it blatantly says bahamas?
also, i should not have to lie aout a product that i have purchased through legal means

Hi, I dove a bit into your problems finding the right support for the Bahama's, but unfortunately haven't found an answer to that question.
I did however find someone from Atari Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourgh) prepared to have a look at your problems. I will private message you his E-mail adress so you can contact him directly with your problems. I can't promise all problems you might have will be solved offcourse, but at least I found someone of support prepared to have a look at your problems :)
(p.s. I must say that all my E-mails to benelux support were answered within the next workingday, thumbs up for them)
