Possible solution for editor problem (neo, read)

I was browsing a page for a NHL 2001 editor, and found that one of them don't work completely under Windows 95. I was wondering if the editor (like almost all parts of the game) is having problems because it was originally designed for WinNT. The problems seem quite the problems that occuor when a widget has different versions in WinNT and WIN 9x.


Don't ask me where I saw it, I don't remember right now, but I know it's true.

Yet another thing: I've noticed that after re-installing the games (and losing all chages to the database), the game almost don't crash at all. I'm in 2005 in the italian league, and the game only crashed once.
