Ok, so here's a mini-review by me. I have only driven each car for a few minutes so there is bound to be something I've overlooked.
ChryslerŽ CrossfireŽ SRT6 Coupe (D class)
Doesn't look very good, isn't very fast, but it sounds awesome!
Ferrari 512 TR (C class)
Looks great, perhaps the most beautiful Ferrari ever made. Interior seems glitch-freey. Sound is ok I guess. Sounds pretty good when approaching the redline. Quite understeered but nothing that can't be fixed with abit of active driving. Steering response is quite slow, but not annoyingly so.
Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole (G class)
Looks good. It is the opposite of the 512TR, the 512TR is understeered and sounds ok, this is abit oversteered and doesn't sound very good. The sound seems very muted. But all in all it's a fun car. And it has speedo/tacho needles in the same color as the paint.
Dodge Charger Super Bee (G class)
The northern Muscle car shop is now in use and houses the Charger.
Looks like you'd expect. Awesome-looking car that would look tons better with some new rims. Sounds ok, is very powerful and quite tail-happy in the first few gears. Steering response is slow and suspension is soft like you'd expect. Interior looks good.
Holden Efijy Concept (D class)
Located in Oahu Cars south-west on the island.
First thing I noticed after buying this car is that the tacho doesn't work. Neither in exterior nor interior view.
It is a D class which doesn't seem right since it's built on a Corvette platform only with more power. It feels heavy and steering response is slow, but it is actually quite driftable. Looks cool, but they messed the lights up. The brake and reverse light aren't quite attached to the car, it looks like they're an inch or so behind the car. The headlights aren't quite right either. The interior is massive and looks cool, but there's an opening between the front and rear side windows; looks like someone forgot to put a pillar or rubber thingy there.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R (mA class)
Available only in black...
Maybe the best looking bike in TDU?
195bhp fully tuned, so not as powerful as the ZX-10R (which has 202hp). The sound is... well quite insane. I can't imagine it's realistic but it sounds pretty cool. And it sounds like it's burning excess fuel in the exhaust when u let go of the accellerator.
I'm not much of a bike person so I can't comment on the handling and stuff.
Spyker C8 Spyder T (B class)
At the first glance it looks like a Spyker... Without a roof...
But this Spyker is B class, and it has 525hp vs the old ones 400hp.
Make sure you get the Magnesium 19" wheels!
Available in black and silver with a myriad of interior colors.
Reverse light are out of place here too.
So it's a Spyker with more power and without a roof. If you liked the Spyker before but felt it needed abit more oomph, you'll probably like this one.
Gets 630hp when fully tuned.
Car is quite responsive, steering is pretty neutral and it's definetely driftable.

Im sorry, but i cannot stand this car. I drove it 4 miles up to a different dealership, and instead of thinking about the sound, or the horrible looks, or the exhaust note, the only thing that went across my mind was 'how many cars would i prefer to be in right about now?' that list included its brother, the crossfire roadster. that was an alright car, that i could enjoy. this is not. It's ugly, it sounds completely fake (alright though), and it's too slow for me. and you can't read the dials.
Ferrari 512TR
Sorry to say it, but this car dissapointed me. quite a bit. It is fast, and it does make a nice exhaust note, but the acceleration is a bit dissapointing. The looks, and i know im going to get killed for this, isn't as pretty as most of the ferrari's i've seen. the back is flat and those little slats make it look like a cardboard box. those huge vents up the side make it look stupid, and are unnecessary. It understeers too much, and overall its a huge dissapointment to drive- not very fun, understeer, and feels slow considering its BHP.
Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole
Now this, compared to the 512, is nice. It looks good. It's not very fast, but the exhaust note is nice, the engine is rev-happy and the dials are just awesome. Its fun to drive, has a hint of oversteer which i love, but i prefer the previos DLC ferrai's
Dodge Charger Super Bee
This is more like it. a big, heavy american muscle car. im not a huge american muscle car fan, but this is stunning. It has a jaw-droppping exhaust note, has brilliant fun oversteer, is fast, and is brilaint to drive. the best of the old US muscle cars i've driven.
Holden Efijy Concept
I hate this car. hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it. i would like nothing more that to blow it up, destroy it, set it alight, anything to get rid of it. Its horrible to look at- its the jade goody of cars. Its too big, its slower than it should be. WAY SLOWER. its rims are horrible, the paint shade it comes in is horrible, it understeers way to much, and when i drove it around town it was absolutely miserable. too big, not enough alleceration for quick overtaking, quite rubbish brakes, and overall a miserable car- my only plus point is it's free-but it shouldn't even be in there, so it's a minus as well.
Spyker C8 Spyder T
O.M.G i. love. this. car. normally, im not a huge fan of the normal spyker. but this, this is superb. with the roof off it looks better than the coupe. and it's FAST. i mena, 525BHP was going to be fast but this seems to have more power than it does. its so easy to drive as well-brilliant steering, brilliant acceleration for overtaking and not very difficult to keep at a good speed, behind other drivers. but put your foot down and wow you get a huge burst of acceleration. suddenly you arrive at the distance 2 seconds ago you were looking at. it is massivly fast, and BRILLIANT to drive. i mean, i could drive in it all day and not get bored of the way it grips or the way it hit's 100 in seconds. i adore it. the bets of the pack.

I am sure everyone knows this but go to the normal paint shop and as you flick backwards and forwards between the two colours the interior changes also.
yes i took my Holden back to the showroom. The guy mumbled something about all the Tacho's being broken due to Evil Mikey...or something like that.

Being a bike person just a word about the Ninja.
Sounds good, handles like all other bikes in the game...completely unrealistically, but fun anyway.
Agreed, Spyker is fun and the best car in the pack, but i do like that Dodge as well!!!!!

Love this car, good for cruising but it does have a sight over it that when I drive it I think the car is overlight like it has billboards all around it with huge lights aiming at the TR which ruins it a bit and it also misses it shadow, not the one as seen on the ground but the other one as in the car doesnt change its shadow when your in the shadow it annoys me a bit but good car and love the Enzo sound it has

Looks good drives good and its small :D done.
Dodge Charger Super Bee (G class)
A true American Muscle car, great looks, and amazingly fast (quickest muscle so far) handling to match the age and the real supsension of it. and the sound kills ya (the sound was taken from the Ford GT) oh another thing look at the lights on the side they light up when you brake in reverse and the front two light up when you use the A button :D:D:D:D

Not very font about this car, it has the speed it should have but it just looks to small and to high on his wheels which makes it look like a really weird car IMO.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R (mA class)
Great looking monster has the exact same stats as the Ninja ZX-10R so yea it rules xD and the dial work and look really good

I am not gonna say a bad thing about this baby, the looks match its performance but the sound just makes it fast :D.

i would write a review but i have been unable to buy the car pack so far
It seems to be mostly the concept cars that have shoddy rev counters (tachos). I guess because Eden has done the modeling from pics and never actually seen the car working. which would/could make it quite hard to model a function like that.

Well the car was designed in the 80's. so you judging it on new millennium criteria. So of course your way off.
Those huge vents on the side were the most efficient way of cooling the engine
and rear brakes. It looks fat because there's alot of stuff in it. As far as the acceleration goes, what do you expect. Its not a modern car.

ooh Eternal Sonata. Any chance europe will get the demo that japan got of this game, I'm looking forward to it, the art style is very nice.

I didn't like the Holden as much as I thought I would, it was too big, it didn't sound well, it was kinda slow.

Anyone benchmarked the efijy's 0-60? It should be in the 6 seconds. You think for a car with 625bhp it'll be in a higher class.
Got to say though, even though the dials don't work I love the interior

Well I've had a good try of all the DLC and my impressions are as follows:
Chrysler Crossfire: It's a Chrysler, there's nothing to see here folks, move along please.
Dodge Superbee: It sounds beefy but the suspension is made from sponge and you'd get more grip from Ghandi's sandals.
Ferrari 308: Not very quick but the handling is sharp and just the ticket for a leisurly top-down cruise in the old 80s garb.
Ferrari 512TR: A monstrous, flat slab of metal with sharp bits sticking out everywhere but I think it looks just great and goes like stink.
Holden Efijy: I actually quite like this. It sounds great and handles pretty well for a big heavy thing. When you get a full head of steam it's great for ramming AI traffic out of the way.
Spyker Spider: The pick of the bunch. Great acceleration, top-end and handling. The Spykers look great too (from the outside) and this is no exception.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX12-R: Just brilliant, sounds and looks fantastic and when you tune it the acceleration is astonishing. My stunt bike of choice, great for getting huge air ;) If you ripped the muffler off to use as a weapon you could do some real damage with it!
Eden have done a fantastic job with the models and rendering on these cars and it seems that more effort has been put in to ensuring that there are no glaring glitches such as missing engines or heads sticking through the roof etc. Pity about the Holden rev counter as has been mentioned before, would have been nice to see this in action. :atari:

I've had a bit of a change of heart, and im re-doing my 512TR review...
Ferrari 512TR:
let em just say i think it's ugly. i may be alone on that opinion, but it is. its got huge unnesecary side vents, a cardboard box back and a wierd vent chin thing on the front. it has wierd steering-it's understeery, but can be way too direct at low speeds- so sticking to a single road at 20 becomes difficult. its got a lower acceleration rate than it should. it isn't a good car...but yet. yet i like it, wierdly enough. It shouldn't be this nice to drive. When your going for it, it becomes a good car to drive. i don't like it for the looks and the handling and it takes 5 minutes to overtake, but yet there's something about it, one factor which makes it a good car. it's got something which makes you enjoy driving it, and i reall dont know what. but all i'll say is there are better cars, faster cars, more grippy cars but this ranks well in my fav cars in TDU list. still don't know why though
Yes...dissapointing and very odd.
If they can get the out of Car Speedo to work on the Holden, then why not the in car speedo!
And surely it is more difficult to get needle Speedo's and rev counters to work in cars models than a digital speedo!

ITS A pornstar mobile with a Thong as a sterring wheel and a Male stick as a gear knot ^^
Have to say, it is fast becoming one of my favourite cars!

actually the digital speedos are very difficult to recreate as they read every rpm digit like instead of 6K on a analog it would be 6000 rpm on a digital same with speedo and they would have to program engine temp oil temp and what ever else eden and atari had a lot of price cuts so this was not included
