Oh, I got it for ps2- and there is no such thing as a Ford Island race track on Ford Island!! Just a few roads!!! There is a time trial event on it...

It's a bit confusing :p

There's Ford Island, which is in the bay to the west of the starting area - on here is a road circuit called The Reward which gets unlocked when you hit expert I think. It's not actually a race track though.

Then there's a proper racetrack which gets unlocked at Champion level.

The Ford Island Race Track is Across from the statuim. There will be a bridge you have to drive on.
