Best Track Car

I thought I'd setup up a thread to display people's views on the best track car on the game.

This doesn't necessilary mean you choose a Group A car!

I'd like your thoughts on experiences in lesser cars in the game you've tried on the race track near the airport.

Your feelings on if a car has good cornering speed, drift, good and bad oversteer/understeer properties and basically just if its fun and quick for its group tuned or untuned?

the lotus elise and the exige both tuned ford island and for race track the nobles

The E-type is great around the track - always feels right and when you get the rhythmn right it's very satisfying. You can over-cook it when you're on the edge though and end up facing the way you came from!

The Ascari KZ1 is nice - the mid range punch suits pulling away from corners and if you stuff up it's very easy to recover with this car.

The DB9 coupe is also nice - it's amazingly smooth and forgiving though lacking a bit of turn in.

dodge viper...if u drive it all the time like i do, u can beat almost anything...the only downside is when racing A class cars is the straight on the track, that is a huge advantage to those cars, but I beat enzos, zondas, lambos, and saleens all the time unless its a really good driver with a saleen then the top speed gives them the advantage

well I can beat almost everybody on the corners in saleens you just encounter bad people than:P.

I know I cant beat someone in my viper that has a saleen that is a bad driver but Im not so bad with the saleen either, if U ever use something on the track than my viper, its the saleen, but Im not as good with it as I am the viper

The Chrysler ME Four twelve is a great car for round the track. It has the top speed for down the straight and round corners is great fun for drifting as the back end just slides out and it is easy to hold as well

for me its the Ferrari 360 CS.. it just takes every corner well... i like it... sure not the fastest but takes all the right curves :nuts:

I like a lot of cars on track but my fav for the most fun in HC mode is the Caterham :bravo:

I prefer the Enzo and any Lambo for the track. Also starting to use the F1 LM which is very good too.

Had the gallardo out taking a few laps on the track and its a great car but its just not fast enough...if it were a little faster it would be insane

The Lotus cars are good especcially the sport exige.

BTW i need to know where the lotus tune-up is and no one cares ot tell me in- game :cry: ...

I love the RGT for round the track (Oahu Raceway and Ford Island).

I left my RGT standard, still overtakes 'quicker' cars round corners though, although that may be me? tonguegre
