I have collected the three keys on the planes but cannot proceed to the dragons ascension. What have I done wrong?

Have you tried going back to the Astral plane? If you proceed straight ahead from the start point then the gate to the dragons ascension is right ahead of you. There are two horned demons that will ambush you en-route but at this point you should be able to deal with them.

After the cut scene a dragons head will appear on the world map which can only be accessed by heading east from Dragons Fall.

Thanks for the advice. Have just bought a new psp so waiting to boot up tactics so I can try again. Saw the dragons head on the map but the cursor wouldn't move to the right.
