When are the next big cruise?

I too would like to know when/where the cruises take place.

I'm relatively new to TDU, and been reading up on the cruises, especially the slow cruises, and would really like to give them a try.

One question, is Hardcore mode a requirement for the cruises, as I've not yet unlocked it (almost there). That's my next goal.

Anyways, hopefully there is a cruise running soon... will check back here regularly.

The cruises are announced in this sub-forum, but you can always make your own ;)
Hardcore mode is usually used, but it varies from cruise to cruise - check the details of that thread. If you haven't unlocked it yet, then most people will still let you come assuming you give respect to the Hardcore Mode users and are aware of the longer braking distances, and less grip, etc :)
