Photo upload and Drive in's

When is the photo upload coming online? And why arent there any challenges in the drive ins anymore?

i know its elsewhere on the forum but it sometimes seems rude not to answer:
the drive ins are shut down atm.
the photo upload apparently has never worked - i havent had my live connection for long but it's not worked for as long as i've been driving about taking pics...
shame that...

Photo Upload has always been non-functional, there was a rumour a while back that M$ had the website (that you would upload to) going in for certification..... nothing ever came of that though......

The drive-ins had trouble at the launch, got fixed around Jan-Feb, and went offline about a month ago, I don't know of any reasons as to why, but I don't care about that as i already have enough victories from them that I could have earned the Achievement 4-5 times over :p (i have won about 11 drive-ins)(and I have entered about 13)

my predictions is that the photo thing will never work, and that the diners may be fixed with the last update, if there is one ever. The game is over a year old and if it has indeed gone classic, then the chance of a serious overhaul is unlikely. Fixing the diners is almost certainly either a M$ or Atari mistake, but I guess that not enough people buy the game to make it worth the fixing, sorry kiddies. The only solution I thinks would be to get a mass petition to the people at microsoft compalining that we cannot finish the game or something. Remember that Atari are not obliged to fix anything.

Surely it would be in their best interests to fix these issues, especially with the game being reissued. If they advertise these features on the new, classics box, wouldn't that makethem somewhat liable to accusations of false advertising?

Yep, PMed both Diablo and Mole (although I think the one i sent Mole may have been lost as my Explorer window froze as i pressed send lol)
