Just as the title states, I have

AMD Athlon 64 x2 tk-53(1.7ghz/512kb)
2GB, DDR2, 667 MHz 2 Dimm
ATI RADEON Xpress 1270 256MB HyperMemory (integrated)

it's not all about your specs or video settings.could be everything.there are threads about lagging issues.take a look at pc tech discussion part.

can you also tell me how to play the game offline? there seems to be no option for offline.

and you can play offline but you won't be able to finish the entire game.
just uncheck the gamespy icon and press create

I dont see the option uf unclicking anything, it goes online right away

U have to create new profile to play offline. Go to profile screen, make new profile and make sure "game spy ID" is un-checked, and that will be your off line profile, completely separated from the on line one.

Opposite ! when i had vista i had no lags ! Was a bit lower FPS but no lagging, I have XP now, and have better FPS but still laging some times (like short loading lag) when in the City. tonguegre
