View Full Version : using cracks to play.
I have a digital download that i payed 50 euros for the privalage of playing this game.I have reinstalled twice and re activated the game but now I find that upon buying a new computer I cant activate any more.
I have emailed atari support to request another unlocking code and after many repeat email requests and no reply at all after three weeks I had to look for cracks to play the game.
I am playing the game again but I feel atari has made an honest consumer into a pirate. I just want to play the game honestly as i have paid for the game. never will I do a digital download again

You should be careful with the titles you give your posts lol, it's sort of misleading. Anyway, sorry to hear that, can't you find some information on google about this problem? You're probably not the first to buy a digital copy of TDU and then installing it on a new computer. I would also rather call them instead of writing emails. An email is to simple to ignore...seeing as they seem to absolutely not care about the PC packs for example, and I'm sure many people have sent them emails about that too!

You better PM any one of the moderators here (especially Kalniel).

Never buy downloads, buy the disc. Only thing I can say. They are inferior, when it comes to your rights... sour:
I find this whole thing crazy. atari takes peoples money to download a pc game and it appears that there is no policy to provide unlocking codes to people who buy new hardware, new computers as a opposed to console users who cant change much.
this message is a warning to any one else who might fall into the same problem as I have
Thanks for the warning, but regardless of need, there is no excuse to use an illegal hack.
