Ok so my system meets the required spec to run the game. It installs with no problem that I can see. So great nothing seems wrong at this point.

Click on launch and I get a nice message saying ERROR APILOADER - Entrypoint '######' in ' ######' not found! (please replace the # with a square).

So I downloaded the patch just in case that might sort it. Clicked on launch and now I get ERROR APILOADER - Entrypoint 'GetProcessId' in 'KERNEL32.dll' not found!

All the drivers are up to date and I have no trouble with any of the other lastest releases so now I'm stuck.

I have contacted Atari a few days ago but so far no response. Can anyone offer me some advice please? Try to keep it in layman terms as my technical knowledge is limited. Thanks

Could you attach a dxdiag report? Go start->run and type 'dxdiag', then 'save all information'.

Hmm your system looks mostly in order, is Windows fully patched up?

You could try the latest nVidia drivers (they recommend to do this):
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_163.71.html

You could also try disabling sound temporarily.

Which address did you use to contact Atari support? It's important to use the right one.

Try disabling your virtual Drive (I). A lot of copy-protectection software is allergic to Alcohol 120/Daemon Tools :)

Thanks for all the good advice. I have located and sorted the problem. You were right about windows. I had to update the service pack 2. Now it works just fine.
