Download problems

Hi! I bought The Witcher from uk.atari.com, and i'm trying to download it with the Metaboli Downloader it gave me, but every time I try to download the game, it says "Cannot get file sizes". How can I fix this, and get my game? sour:

EDIT: Now it will find the file, and then say "File Error" almost immediately.
