If you register your game through the option in the main menu you open up access to exclusive content from The Witcher website located here:

http://www.thewitcher.com/registration/en/bonus_content/extensions.html

Examples include mp3s, art, movies, guides and extensions to the game itself (in progress).

I bought my game via download from Atari. How do I get a registration key? All I got was an activation code but that doesn't work when I try to register.

There should be a text file with your serial key, if not contact the digital download support team (details in your purchase email I think).

Sent an email to uk.support.download-store@atari.com but no response after 5 days. Is there another email address I can try?

I bought game on 12-09-2008 and I received in my mail only multyplayer code. I have sent request for registration key to uk.support.download-store@atari.com and after few day I still haven't recieve my key.
What does it take to receive suport. Is there some kind of problem of what.

I bought the game when it was first released but it never had a game manual (only on the DVD). I have tried to contact support to get a key but they don't seem to reply, can anyone help?

I'm waiting for someone to actually acknowledge that they've received my request for a registration key to go with my UK retail copy.
It's been over a week now and if it goes on any longer I'll have lost any interest in even playing it. :p
