hm..
tried to get the demo to work on my boyfriends pc too, using windows xp home ed. 2002 with service pack 1, 2,4GHz intel prosessor, 512 RAM and G-force 6600gt...
Is the windows I'm using whats causing the problem?? (a little outdated.. weirdblue same on my laptop.. both... windows and outdated..

the error that comes up says something about reality engine.. do I have to download this..?

Definitely try updating your windows to service pack 2 at least - it's needed for a lot of things these days, as well as being more secure.

Funny thing, it works absolutely fine on my brothers' computer (of course he had to rub it in and not let me play the demo at all - AND I owe him $10 cause the demo actually worked on his comp), But it doesn't work on mine. I've sent a DXDIAG to Atari, as requested, and whatever's wrong, I'll post it here once I receive a reply :)

The system requirements mention having all the latest updates for your operating system, so you will need to update to service pack 2 and then also get the updates for it from the microsoft website.

HOW is that possible? LOL but I have Windows Vista but I don't have a D-drive (and my C-drive is filled up with songs and pictures.) Is that maybe why I can't download the demo? I don't have enough space? Bye! And I'll be happy if you answer!! :salut2:
