My name is Kat And I found this out .When as soon as you are hit or hit someone stop completely! In your tracks and watch the radar and it will dissapear in under 20 seconds. But for some reason it does not dissapear that can only be because you have two of the badges lit up or you hit more then one person before you stopped. So just stop as soon as you hit some one you will see what i am talking about ,and you will be fine if you have any questions to the game or need more detail my email is indianpride8898@yahoo.com...

The first 'winkin' badge will disappear if U continue driving or not as soon as U don't hit no one else. If U have full badge there's no point of waiting 'cause cops will come after U.

Your Right But If You Sit Long Enough On The First (full One ) AKA WINKING BADGE! While The Lady Is Talking She Will Say "keep Looking For The Suspect" Then About 30 Seconds Later She Will Say Ok Resume Patrol And You Will Be Free Just Make Sure That When She Talks That You Pull Off The Road Or If You Cant Get It To Go Away Pull Up "behind A Police Car" And Then They Will Stop Looking For You But Becarefull Not To Hit Them

Well I've never had too much problems with them in a free roam (when I used to play offline - shortly), but in Millionaires Challenge it's another story. They got me at least 3-4 times and are really pain in the rear end. But on challenges there's really no point in waitin' anything if U want to get anywhere...
