Need help tdu wont start

Test drive installs perfect and when i go to start it. It tries to start up a screen comes up like it is going to start then it just stops. I need help i really want to play this game.

I do not know my graphics card or anything like that but the game installs but it does not ask us for the code

and it asks you for the code in the game

then you've been using another copy so I'll ask the same question that Kalniel asked and you avoided ,are you using an original copy or have you been using an illegal copy if the answer is yes I have been using an illegal copy then why are you asking for help on the publishers forums because you won't get any
