I live in canada and ordered the game online and just recieved it today and figured i'd give a quick write up!
You start of with a default horse and rider, the horse unfortunatly is only a stallion or gelding in which you can't sell, once you arrive on the main menu you can edit you horse with a choice from all the coat colors and mane colors, you can get quite creative with combinations. At first you only recieve a few shirts, gloves, chaps(no boots yet), jackets and vests and helmets but as you progress in the game you unlock more and more. As you know, you get to groom you horse to a sparkle and choose various kinds of saddles/tack. When you are ready to ride you can can choose from showing to practising to free riding workshops(flat work) and mini games. The training part takes you through 5 riding courses to perfect your speed, turing ect. During which you have to ride through colored stars (blue:any pace, yellow: walk, red: trot, green: canter). You can also ride 6 jumping courses to perfect your jumping. The free ride allows you to ride in a beautiful outdoor arena with several jumps you can jump freely. The workshop consists of about 4 flat work courses. The mini games are quite fun, you can catch fallling stars butterflies memorize certain things and much more, its really is quite fun. When it comes to the shows, it is amazing. There many different indoor and outdoor courses and enviroments that come with different weather effects that do in fact effect your horses performance. Its really a great game that starts you off as a beginner and allows you to gradually work your way up to the championship!!!!! :)
