Forest 3 and Outdoor 4

Has anyone competed in these?
i have completed everything else with a gold, except these two!
any tips?
forest 3 i have bronze and silver.
Outdoor 4 it seems like a slow trot needs to be used to try and turn, but then it wont jump at that speed.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that this game is amazing! I love the DS too! its easy to handle.

Ive completed Outdoor 4 : )

The huge blue jump you go at full speed, the rest you go whatever speed exept walk. Hope it helps : ) :salut2:

(How do you do forest comp 3 or 2?)
