getting technical help...or not

Does anyone know what you have to do to get technical help from atari? Phoning gets and ansaphone, emailing gets no response. I am close to making htis the last ever game I buy from Atari. :mad:

That's odd. Have you tried the online form at www.uk.atari.com? That seems to be the best way of getting support if you're from the UK.
