wow, it seems like ages ago that it happened, but ive just found something from about 19months ago.

most of you wont remember this...

but atari arranged for its most loyal fans to go to play the 360 version of TDU months before its release, and well, surfing the net i randomly found a certain article...

That still only feels like yesterday to me :p How time flies eh?

I went on a different day to Dodges though, was good fun all the same mdr1

So, to everyone that hates on Atari, how many other developers do stunts like this? Maybe EA!?!?!? lolblue:

For those who don't venture outside the TDU section, we're actually organising an Alone in the Dark presentation in the London office right now (see the Alone in the Dark forum), you're more than welcome to pop in if you fancy that. No spoilers during the presentation though ;)

Crazed_Dodgem, I think you might have got some of the people wrong...
Wasn't Gaskellorama the closest to the camera in the second picture, Viron the second from the window in the first pic, Nwata next to Viron with his friend on his left? :mefiant:

i got tomi (NW ATA) right though :p

im not sure which one mike (gaskellorama) was, it was one of the two...

its annoying too, cause i ran into him a few times... (we ran into eachother in euston after)... i have an inckling to the second actually...

vion i cant remember, i never really spoke to him outside the forums, whereas tomi (NW ATA) Leighton, and... erm... Jason (Taxi144/Weebull) much more often, so i can reckognise them better.

i think taxi was directly behind the guy in pic 2, look at that (http://forums.eu.atari.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=20639)and you can see the angle the picture (taken by him) is from

was a great time, and definately would be up for it when TDU2 happens!

Cos I am 18 but don't have anything to prove it lol, never been bothered for ID cos I get served for cigs/booze anyway....
