I know it sounds silly, but i cant win that challenge.
1st attempt was with untuned enzo 65 min.
2nd tuned enzo 60.30
3rd tuned murcialago 64 min
4th tuned mucialago ,using 3rd camera view instead of dashboard, 65 min.
It surprises me i do have so much trouble with that challenge, all i have to do is make sure i drive faster than 200 km/h and i am set. Of course the difficult part is the traffic. I bump into ALOT of cars, hence i am constantly chased by the police. Not sure if i should stop after 3 badges and just get over it or continue the chase and being rammed and having to avoid the roadblocks.
I dont want to use motorcycles to finish the challenge, but maybe i need a different car than my trusty murcialago? Also which camera view should i use?
Anyone got any tips in general, because it is starting to annoy me now sour:

It can be done easily with every car, but I got my best time with SLR. It's fast and good handling. Enzo is also good but I hate driving it 'cause of poor engine sound.
Crucial thing is to keep your average speed at 200-250kmh all the time. At this speed it should be easier to dodge the traffic and keep the cops away. U can hit 300kmh only if you are sure it's safe, on long straights with no bumps. It's always better to brake or release the throttle a little before every curve than trying to take it at full speed and crash. U can gain some time driving like hell for a short period, but u will loose much more if u only crash once.
Also is very important that you got good enough frame rate (25 is a minimum must for a success, over 35-40fps is completely different story and commands response and overall handling are much better at this fps range)
And the last but not the least, persistence is the most important in challenges like this one.

Maybe i should downgrade my murcialago, not sure if that is possible (guess not), will buy otherwise a new one and dont upgrade it. Like you said, i do have the idea i am going too fast. I wish i could use my maserati spyder, i am pretty sure i would make within 1 hour.
The distance is 200 km and you have an hour, so as previously mentioned you just need to keep you avarage speed a little above 200km/h. There are a few places where you need to slow down because of humps and curves, but there are also a few where you can floor it. Try using the side of the road - you can go 200km/h there and avoid hitting cars. Also if you are unlucky enough to be chased by police let them catch you when the first opportunity arrives - you loose more time if you have to dodge police cars trying to ram you.

Use an SLR, tuned or not doesn't matter, with the last view (on the bumper, just the dials visible) as it gives the best framerate.
Get to 220Km/h and hold it there, and just cruise, flooring it when you can, but always taking it steady round the bends.
As long as your average speed is above 200km/h then you've done it, so some 300km/h blasts help make up for the 100km/h bits.
Tips: use the auto gearbox, so you can concentrate on steering and holding a good speed. Drive on the hard shoulder, the bit before the grass, and only overtake 1 car at a time if on the proper road. Don't brake while turning.
