Missing registration key

Hi,
I bought The Witcher from amazon.co.uk. In the box was just the Game DVD, a Nightwish DVD and a slip of paper saying the manual was on the DVD in PDF form.
Because of this, I can't register the game at www.thewitcher.com because it needs a registrtion code form the back of the manual.
I've submitted two support requests to Atari, in the past month, but have yet to hear anything back.
Please can I be provided with a registration code for the game?

I also purchsed the new boxed (and sealed) version of The Witcher from Amazon.co.uk and also had only a piece of paper saying "the manual is in .pdf format on the dvd". (I can give proof of this purchase.)

This means you cannot register the game or get the extras which you are entitled to if you've paid for the legitimate full version of the game.

I have also contacted support but have not yet had any reply - if alynsparkes had to wait more than a month for any reply that is exceptionally bad customer support. I hope I do not have to wait that long.

Why are Atari not supplying hard copies of the manuals with the DVD? It seems like a particularly bad piece of penny-pinching to me.:nono:
