I have 2 errrors

First error is on my pc i have 2 gigs of ram really good stuff inside but the game lags for some reason either help me fix this or give me my money back and second error is i told them my email for an ativacation to register so me and my dad could play and they never sent it to them reply soon

Now as atari dont read the forums and the forums are community based and there are know bugs with TDU and certian specifications of computers the forum cannot give you a refund

we can however give you information on what is wrong and how to try to solve any problems

First of all we need to know your exact specs on your computer graphics card motherboard cpu ram that sort of thing and what OS you are running

first.. i had problems like this but it didnt really lag but instead it had a problem with artefacts and i used a flor fan ^^ and it worked.. also i have this program called radial.cdb whick clears the radial.cdb cache and stops the game freezing at save screens and makes the game run smoother and stops freezing.. u have to clear it every thime before you open the game..or after u have played it .. all you do is open the program.. press the button and it works!.... i will also put up a new thread for this program..heres the link to the site whwere you downlaod radial..http://forums.eu.atari.com/showthread.php?t=69223

what graphics card do you have is ot onboard is it agp is it pcie what

the minimum this game will run on is a 6600Gt 256mb or a ati radeon 9800pro 256Mb card

we need to know this you can find out by right clicking on my computer then go down to properties now click on the hardware tab and then click on device manager under display adapters tell us what it says there please

1) You don't meet the minimum requirements for running the game. That is your responsibility not Ataris.

2) The game is only licensed for one computer at a time. Contact who you bought it from if you wish to tranfer the license and don't know how.

3) Even if there was a problem with the game (and not your computer, as is the case), you have to return it to who you bought the game from, not the publisher.
