Posts: 66 Megapack trouble up the road...

Well, I enjoyed the car-pack for as long as it lasted…
TDU always ran fine before, but after installing the megapack it got unstable and crashed on me 3 times in an hour. I couldn’t really be bother by that at that moment but now… now the problem took a turn for the worse.
After buying a couple of new cars, I arrived at the Chevrolet dealer and purchased the Corvette C6 Convertible. I drove it around a bit and again the game crashed. A little tired of it I re-started the game and was placed in one of my houses. I hit backspace to go outside en hop in the car but…. The screen stays black with the logo in the middle telling me it’s “saving, please wait…”
So I wait. I take a toilet brake, and go get something to drink. I come back; still nothing….. hmm… I go and take a shower and brush my teeth… come back and… nothing, still the same… I ended the game, tried again: same thing. Third try, who knows…. Nope.. still total darkness with a logo… I switched cars: no effect. Switched houses (via garage-> list): No effect. Switched to “old” cars and new ones; nothing.
So… I’m now the proud owner of a driving game in which you’re grounded and are not aloud to leave the house. I could be wrong but that isn’t good, now is it!?
Anybody any help, ideas or suggestions on how to solve this?

Okay, I couldn't sleep so I played around with it. Rebooted, uninstalled, deleted the "test drive unlimited" game folder, deleted the "test drive unlimited" folder at "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\", checked reg and cleand up, reinstalled, re-megapacked and patched it and now it's runnnig again...
