Question about activation

I have a question about the whole activation of this game.
We have two computers in our household, one is mine, and the other one is my husbands.
Does this whole activation mean that my husband cannot install and play this game on his computer as the same time as I have it installed on mine?

Check the license (EULA) that comes with the game - most games are only licensed for use on one computer, but more recently some have been increasing this number.
