i buy the game and install him put the cd key and wait for the TDU online connect and than its do me this problem

Hi,

It could be one of several different things.

1) Make sure you are only using the original DVD. Don't use any no-dvd hacks.
2) Check that windows or any other firewall isn't blocking TDU - there is a list of ports you can try opening in your router at this sticky: http://forums.eu.atari.com/showthread.php?t=52982
3) Try creating a new online profile incase it's just a problem with the current one. Make sure to check your email to activate your gamespy ID if you've created a new ID - leave it a day or two as well.
4) Try deleting your radial.cdb file (http://forums.eu.atari.com/showpost.php?p=1769668&postcount=4) - I don't think this will help but it's worth trying.
5) Try uninstalling and re-installing again, following the instructions here: http://forums.eu.atari.com/showpost.php?p=1769670&postcount=5
