HELP!!!!

I'm stuck in the test kitchen on this game unable to complete the Chicken fried rice with crispy spring onions recipe. It's infuriating. I just can't understand what i'm doing wrong! I've tried it at least 20 times but I always get one star and told to try again.

The crazy thing is that I cooked it in my real kitchen the other night very successfully!!

If anyone can offer me some idea's I'd be very grateful!
