Help!!

iv just brought my horse and me, the first one, iv tried installing it but whenever i go to play it it comes up with installing it again! any ideas on how to slove this?!

After you have installed the first time, make sure you have the game icon on your desktop. Then when you go to play it, insert the CD and the install window will come up. Cancel out of the install window and click on the game icon on your desktop. This should work, I have not played the game in a while but I am almost positive that is how you do it.

I tried doing this and it hasn't worked. I have also tried contacting Atari on several occasions, including emailing my DXDial file to them and I have had no help whatsoever! Please can someone help me to install it. I am at my wits end and my 6 year old daughter is so disappointed - This was Christmas present and she has not played with it once yet!!!

Hi, can you attach your dxdiag file to a post here? If you 'go advanced' there is an option to manage attachments.

OK, you have a plenty good PC, but there's a couple of drivers that might do with being updated.

First of all, DirectX 9 (important - not 10!):

Then graphics drivers:

Please say if you have trouble updating them - and if it doesn't work after that please describe exactly what happens when you try to launch the game.
