Seriously, well done.
They use totally unethical methods, complete bullying tactics.
I do not support piracy and am totally with people wanting to persue a path to justice... but this is so flawed.
I got accused of downloading a film I had never heard of by them and the whole thing was a joke... but it was not a very funny one.
The threats they gave were very nasty - pure bullying tactics. They basically said that if I didn't admit I did something I hadn't and paid them a made up sum of money, they would make my life living hell. What happened to inocent until proven guilty?!
So, to Atari, for dropping these amature, rude, unprofessional bullies - well done!! :atari:
I love Atari now more than I ever have. I only hope the rest of the industry follows your lead and looks for a far more suitable method of cracking down on piracy.
