Logitech G25 Profiler/ In-Game Configuration

Hi all !
I am just interessted in your Profiler/ In-Game settings.
I am Playing Without any stearin help i think it's called "Hard-Core Mode?". But i don't have a good feeling while driving with my settings, and i don't know what linearity is good for.
My settings:
Profiler:
Intensity: 50%
feather-effect(German=Federeffekt): 150%
dumping: 25%
strengh of centering(German=Zentrierfeder)=10%
900°

In-Game:
Full Feedback and approximitely half in sensibility and linearity

Mainly I am not happy with the response i get when turn left or right 90°.
Maybe you can help me :). And the turning back of the wheel is not like the one in my Reallife car.

I wanted to ask in the TDU when I play with my Logitech G25 its great and things are good with it just that when I try to shift the gear to R (to backwards) the TDU seems to think that its the 6th gear!!! I do press down onto the the gear stick and move to position of 6 so that its like R, but no it recognizes it as 6th gear does any one know what to do?
I did restart my PC and the tryed to change the options and doesnt work still...

Goto Options - Controls in TDU - any chance you set the reverse gear to be Gear 6 in the control setup?

I presume you can get reverse ok in other games
