We downloaded this game for Christmas. When we tried to install it we kept receiving errors (Unexpected error (13:10)). We tried this a bunch of times with no luck. We reformatted the computer. The game worked for that day. The next day it wanted to register again and we started to get the same error again or 12:0. Again we kept trying and would sometimes get an error that we were unable to connect with the server. We finally did connect and we then received a message that we had reached our maximum registerations for the game.
