How many of you are in the US and what time zone are you in? I'd like to get involved in a league with good racers (I'm clean but average lolblue:).
P.S. I'm in OH-IO (Buckeye Fan too!)

I am American and I am in the eastern time zone (Pennsylvania)
I would like to race anybody from around that world but I will need to put in tons of practice first.

we've had lots of views from people in the US on our forums, and we've also got about 10 US members already
we don't care how good you are, as there are all kinds of skill levels racing with us, so long as you race cleanly and fairly, then we're glad to race with you ;D

Well, get off the European Forums then! (Joke)
It is a shame that the English forum seems to be the only one with an active Race Pro section, the US forum doesn't even have a section at all from the last time I checked.

Eastern Time (Indy) I would definitely be down for some league action

How do the leagues work?
Are there certain nights out of the week that you race? Building your points each week to try and win out the season.

dead right ;D
we will be racing on sundays for the main championship and also wednesdays for the side-series, you enter each event and try to gain as many points as possible to hopefully take the championship title at the end of the season ;D
I thought about joining a league when Forza 2 came out. But the online play frustrated me. 85 honda civic beating my 911. Not literally, but you get the idea. I've been following SimBin movies on youtube for a very long time now, just watching with envy. So this seems to be the game to take seriously, no drifters.
One more question, how many races in a one night?
Thanks Monk

we're still deciding, but it should be finished within 2 hours of the starting time ;D

Montreal, Canada...
I've had a few good races with Europeans over XBOX Live (Forza 2) but sadly the time zone is what's keeping me for joining interesting european Sim-Racing leagues...
Fellow racers say I race really clean & am relatively fast. I often achieve top 1% times on scoreboards with the limited time I have (two young children & real life AutoX & Time Attack keep me really busy !)
Looking forward to some good clean racing online !

Here we have maintained a strong balance between the US and UK racers. We have a large number of both on our forums who are currently active in Forza tournaments.
VVV GTDon is from the US, and is CEO of the IFCA, so if you have a question, he will be able to answer it ;)
The times of our events will also cater for US racers, as events will be set into the evening/night UK time, to cater for our American racers.
Place to be for some good clean online racing fun! :D

Michigan here, eastern time zone
I'm from Los Angeles. I'm polite and TRY to run clean, however my skills lead me to be less than ideal.
I'm better at tuning than I am at driving. The F2 hotlaps frustrate me to no end with some of the tunes I've seen (52 PSI in your tires, REALLY?!?!?!) and basic builds that have no business running laps... let alone fastest laps. But I will grant that it takes a heck of a lot of skill to drive some of those builds/tunes eekblue:
I have run a few races with the folks over at SimracingHD.com (a Pontiac Solstice series)

I know what you're saying about the whacked setups, it reminds you just how much of a video game it is
Vancouver Island, Canada (PST). I'm not sure i'll have time to run in a league conisistantly... but I'd love to join races with clean racers. My skills are a bit rusty, but will be polishing up as best as I can... always attempt to race as clean as I can. Hopefuly this game turns out as good as I'm wanting... and I'll join in.

This is me, except for the part about LA. I'm in Indy (/wave TDurden46), so count me into the Eastern time zone as well. My two favorite racing games of all time are GPL and ICR2 (Rendition-specific build), so that tells you what you need to know about me...I'm old. :p

Same here.
Kind of weird how we have all the NA players on the EU forums because for some reason there is not a Race Pro forum on the NA forums. rolleyesa
Maybe Atari is trying to bring NA and EU together. :bravo:

IndyCar racing 2 is in my hall-of-fame & my 1st “sim”...I didn’t have a Rendition, probably played it on a Trident card or a Matrox Millenium. Bought my first wheel for that game too, was a Wizard racing wheel, guy that made them was in Portland Oregon I think. Go-Kart wheel and 4 buttons, no pedals.
GPL...epic...maddening but epic.

I'm in the sates, eastern time zone.
Adelaide, South Australia, (you guessed it) Australia. GMT +9.5 (currently DST)
Add me if you're Australian and plan on playing this game (or if you play Forza 2 for that matter).
