shame we've already seen one of the vids, but the FBMW's look like great fun!

The game looks and sounds really good. I think the only people that are really complaining about the graphics are people that do not have a 360.
I hope teamxbox does a video with rain. I would really like to see how that looks in the game. A high quality video that shows damage would be nice as well.
I want to see a crash vid set to classical music, the contradiction always makes the video more watchable imo.
Oh... I liked the little ding at the end with the FBMW.

looked a bit sketchy when the FBMW dug into the wall at the start... but i suppose in real life if you hit a wall you aren't going to go any faster ;D

That always depends if you consider Real Life to be PGR3!

that would be cool wouldn't it ;D no repair bills, kudos for drifting... i could get used to that!
The only thing I noticed that was a bit dodgy were the draw distance on the shadows underneath the cars, seems very short which makes the car's look like they're floating. But then again this is a preview build and I'm sure they will fix it in the final release :atari:

I think it's looking great. I'll leave the nit-picking to PS fanboys and what model railroaders call, "rivet counters". It's a video game, it's not going to be photo perfect.
I'm quite fine with the graphics they're presenting as long as it's consistent throughout. PC owners can be forgiving with things like level of detail dropping in and out so often, shadows disappearing altogether, etc., because it's not a fixed platform and you expect there to be some flaws due to the inconsistency of the platform. With the 360, however, SimBin know exactly what everyone will be playing it on and should have spent a great deal of their dev cycle making sure it's consistent.
And so help me god the framerate better be stable. 60FPS is godly in Forza 2 but I will put up with 30FPS only if it's absolutely rock solid. ROCK. SOLID.
Videos of a few months ago had terrible LOD which seems to have been fixed up a bit in the latest ones, so I do hold out a little hope that any of the remaining glitches are fixed as well. Although there's not much time left so I'd like to think they've worked almost all of it out by now and we won't be receiving a patch on day one to fix up what was left broken.

The open wheel car's will be the last type of car's i will be trying on time trial's.Never been much of a fan of them but will use them eventually and most likely it will be in career mode when i first use them.
