For me it will have to be one of the WTCC cars, and im expecting one of them if not 2 to be on the demo anyway as it is the official game of the WTCC still isnt it?

Although I have never seen Mosler MT900 in any racing game, so I am eager to try that as well. Assuming this car is included as I saw it on the GTR Evo list.

wow...tough question actually.

Yeah, as berad says, probably the career 1st car, but given the choice I would love to have a play around in the Mini Cooper's

If they gave me a choice of the WTCC cars I would probably go for the Seat

haha! Thank You for your correction. :) Too much of the other game is showing. Looking at all the related vids and reviews as I type this.
