my horse & me help!!!

:noooo:hi i just bought my horse & me for pc and i have ran into some problems i try to play it and sometimes it says "please put in my horse& me disc!!" and i do that and sometimes it still says it um but when it does play it im in the middle of a comp. and it resets itself can someone please help

We're having the same problem with our game. I've installed and reinstalled it a bunch of times, deleted all related files I could find, turned off firewalls and all programs running so that it wouldn't mess with the installation. Depressingly enough, we still get the same message "please put in my horse and me 2 disc". Please help us! I got it for my daughter for her birthday almost a week ago now, and she's really disappointed she hasn't gotten to play it yet.

Do either of you have another drive you can try?
Have you tried cleaning the disc?......:respect:

I don't have another disc drive and the disc is clean. It's weird that I get a message to insert the disc since I get that message when I try to run the program right after installing it from the disc.

Any tips? "Chickenlegs", did you find a solution to this problem?

Maybe I should return the game on disc and download it instead for my daughter. I've run out of ideas. :noooo:

We solved the problem by installing it in English instead of Swedish. Luckily, my daughter's bilingual, so this solution works for us. I guess that's my tip; try installing it in another language.
