Carear Leaderboard Times are combined

Is it me or are the times it posts up in your carear are actualy COBINED sector times from all the laps? It takes your best sectors and adds them together to give the fastest lap. It then submits this to the leaderboards (i think)


I know this becuase i was miles ahead in one of my races (2 lap race) and put my car in the wall yet when i finished the race it gave me the fastest sectors for all parts

hmmmm, never looked. Weird if it does.

I could be wrong though but its strange.

for example a 2 lap race.

LAP 1


Sector 1 will be slow due to standing start
Sector 2 I binned it in a wall
Sector 3 as fast as i could get it

LAP 2

Sector 1 fast as i could get it
Sector 2 Fast as i could get it
Sector 3 Very slow span out.


At the end of the race it will show that i was the fastest in all sectors by a few seconds than the AI. If it just showed the times for your fastest laps surely it would show me miles down on sector 3 compared to anyone else?

It might just because even with the crash the AI are still slower. lol.
