with us - the customer - is virtually non existent!

If Simbin seek to develop the RP franchise in the XBox they need to look at the active involvement of developers such as Turn 10 with their audience.

Where is the Community Manager? Is there a Community Manager?

We have had months of silence regarding the game's release - the demo situation is laughable - and little or no feedback to our comments after buying and playing the game. (playtesting the game for them if you like)

Given the low key launch of the game - they obviously don't have much of an advertising budget - you would think some creative input regarding maintaining and increasing their audience would be an essential part of their business practice.

Game is generally excellent - but the attitude of the company comes across as really arrogant. Taking care of your customers is one of the first rules of good business practice and pays dividends in the long run.

This game has a potentially long shelf life - but Simbin have done nothing as far as I can see - beyond launching it in silence and making a couple of statements about bugfixing. Pretty inept PR in my book.

Come on Simbin - give us some love - we pay your wages. rolleyesa

These forums are not the place to be lambasting developers or publishers. We have already heard from the developers and publishers. That's more than many games get.
