Another over reaction? I don't know but it's not a good sign when video game retailers show no results for HoE.

I feel cheated and screwed over for looking forward to HoE for years.

Bring on I-L2.

Well, if you read the thread in the link you will see that Atari is telling retailers that the game is canceled. Only thing is, it's just switching publishers.

i agree with both of you, yes i feel cheated and screwed, but yes, it seems there is just a confusion and atari have cocked up, fingers crossed for the release, i will buy this and il2, so bring 'em on asap :)

I see from the cancellation of the old HOTP site and no recent postings here, all the pilots have given up on Atari........and rightfully so. Corporate arrogance always deserves nothing but contempt. The American automobile industry learned a hard lesson about that. Detroit was building junk and the Japanese were building cars to last. But Detroit's arrogance precluded them from fixing the problem.......until now. It took bankruptcy and humiliation to make those multi-million dollars salaried tirds wake up and smell the coffee. Now we have Atari ignoring its customers, failing to communicate, and basically telling us "...if you don't like it, tough!" They'll get what they deserve.
