So anyway, Atari has been notifying retailers that the game is canceled, rather than switching publishers.

Yesterday, I was contacted by a representative of GameStop, who asked for confirmation that the game was canceled (as they had been told this by Atari). I informed him that we were not canceled, but that the game was just moving publishers.

This should all be resolved in the next few weeks, but I assure you guys, from where I'm sitting I can see a whole bunch of people working hard on the game that Atari says in canceled.

This, along with the article in the other thread paint a pretty picture.

It paints the picture that one GameStop employee (or someone claiming to be one)thinks the game is cancelled.. no-one else seems to. I'd not take it too seriously without actual confirmation from a reputable source.

??

I posted that as more proof that HoE is still on it's way. No other reason.

And I think "Justin" is a good enough source. His rank on the forum is "Transmission Games Producer". Would you allow somebody to post here claiming to be a producer without some confirmation?

Also, I bet it would be tuff for some random employee at GameStop to contact him.
