You must use your APC's with repair ability and send them to the point where the bridge is damaged. Do not send them at the spot on the bridge/map, but beyond that point, almost near the edge of the broken bridge. Then they will mend the bridge. Your cursor will change.

Hi, I have same problem. Done all as suggested above. No matter what I do the bridge nor the dams repair. Is there any way of skipping this mission? Ive completed it except for the repairs! Is this a problem for any one else?

See the secret objectives discussion thread in the US forums. You need two APC's with the repair upgrade. You also need to click repair on the bridge and the dam, just like you did in the second mission. The first part of the mission it's pretty simple. Doing the last secret objective it's a royal pain. Splitting the forces will require careful planning and synchronization. I've manged to do it, without losing a single unit, but that definitely it's not something that I'd like to do in every mission.

I have managed to do it by getting an APC to the far side (after much strategic battling) and repaired it from the far side. Once the bridge was done the dams were no problem. Had to destroy the gun boat with the napalm bomber before it destroyed the dams.

It's actually simple. Crank a second APC, upgrade both with camo and repair. The enemy won't see the APC repairing the bridge. Keep the tanks behind the APC, just a bit further and once the bridge is repaired storm the soviet positions. Be careful to the side enemy attacks, save your allied troops and keep them alive with two medic tents. Split your attack force in two to keep the positions and run to repair the dam.
