Installation Failure

I keep installing it but it never shows up and I dont know what to do besides take it to a local Best Buy

If an install has gone wrong in the past, it might stop future installs from working until you clear out the broken one. Best bet would be to ring support (details in the back of the manual) - explain that you think an installation has gone wrong somewhere and ask for their help in cleaning out the old install and reinstalling again from scratch.
