Hi,

What is TA Splasher?

I just installed Panzers on my Vista laptop and I get this error:

TA Splasher
.\arun_en.ini

And the game won't play.

Is there a fix for this?

I'm not sure what TA splasher is, but could you post the specification of your laptop? If you don't know it, you can post a dxdiag report by going:

start->run and typing 'dxdiag'. Click the save all information button and save it to the desktop, then open that file in notepad and copy/paste it into a post here, or add it as an attachment to a post here (go advanced, manage attachements).

That's the problem then - an SiS Mirage 3 is neither an ATI X800 or better, or a Geforce 6800 or better. There is no way you can emulate these cards in software, so I'm afraid it's just a case of your computer not meeting the minimum requirements. If you bought the game from a shop and the sales person didn't point out the minimum requirements on the back of the box then you might have grounds to return it to them, but otherwise I think you're out of luck :(
