Need some serious and rapid help here. Bought NWN2 Deluxe yesterday from the Atari Online store, and it only supplied me with 2 keys (the Deluxe version has the Original game plus 2 expansions). Now, when I want to play multiplayer (which is the sole reason I bought this game), I get the message my CD key is unauthorized.
I am not the only one with this problem. Dozens of other people have already complained, mailed Atari, and got no results. In effect, Atari has sold people a product without actually giving them the product.
Please, Atari, fix this ludicrous problem with your online store, and give people the CD keys that they have paid good money for. If not, you're committing fraud and should give people their money back with a very sincere apology.
