Nope only collector's edition and its not characters its just 3 new costumes and one vegeta to fight against.

men its not like its on sale yet! the game is only coming at the end of the year so if you whant to buy it save money still have lots of time! i boght the colecters ed and i´m going to buy tenkaichi whats the deal!?
just don´t spend the money on junk still have like 3 months to get it!

then why buy tenkaichi if there will be better ones for ps3!
