official comments said its for russian versions only !

just read on fanpages that the patch doesnt improve car steering at all


, neither it improves enemy intelligence


it just fixes lots of bugs, so that you dont fall under the ground if you leave heli or trunk & cars dont dissapear anymore.
many people are glad about those bugfixes, and in fact the behaviour of cars is little difrferent but in no way its better haha, thats why im dissapointed

but hell yeah, there are no similiar games around that give you freedom where to go and what to do next, but roleplayinggames like kotor, morrowind and the very crappy gothic 2.
so if this is the only shooter that allows big reedom to the player (beside fabolous far cry ) i will have to make friend with it

Patch 2.0 has already been released in Russia. EU & US version will be available soon. Right now ATARI does final testing. Thanks everybody for comments on our site they help us greatly.

ps: russian patch is not compatible with english language releases, game will crash and patch cant be installed anyway, but deepshadows is done with english patch! its just atari that wants to test and hopefully improve it furthermore and thats why there is waiting time.
