Surely they aren't going to host all the photos on a site until the game dies off a bit - imagine the bandwidth/space needed to host 1000+ people taking highres pics every day.

EA do it with NFS:C And they dont even limit it too 1 picture per day like TDU does

Nice, suppose EA can afford it though: whereas Atari aren't doing so well at the moment.

Is NFS:C any good then? I played the demo and it was horrible (bear in mind I didn't enjoy MW either - though the first two were fun). Might go and buy it today if I can't find GOW.

Carbon is mediocre to say the least. I think this version must be the last straw before people decide that they're not going to bother with the series anymore unless drastic improvements are made in key areas: the gameplay itself is one dimesional and basically utter rubbish. The in-game graphics are terrible and the car physics, even for an arcade racer are horrible - eg. when you pull away it's as if you've left the handbrake half on. If EA put as much effort into the gameplay as they did with the cut scene technology and customisation features it could have been a great game.

As for the practice of charging MS points to unlock stuff when you have already paid 40 quid for the game... well.

But it's like le Piat D'or isn't it. Tastes like p*** but people buy it because of the swanky marketing.
