Trade Server Issues
I would watch if you are wanting to buy anything from the trade servers right now, filters are not finding any results and searching itself is taking it's time. If you have a lot of money and can afford to lose some the continue if you wish but if you only have the money needed to purchase any vehicles then be wary that the list is populating quickly and constantly (keep pressing Y and A to search).
Ironic that as we get the messages in game notifying of the fixes, one of the main features has problems. lol

Just tried to buy an ME4 for 3.2, it took the money but said the service was unavailable and dint give me the car, it wants the money and to eat it!!!

Stupid question but is there an Atari dept we could email as 3.2mil is a fair amount of cash to lose, there must be a log of purchase transactions so it is all accountable in order for claims to be validated ?

its not a bug in the servers its the amount of people on the servers doing it now. They need to add-on to the servers.
